Orders and Payments
Do you offer any discounts or promotions?
Yes! We regularly run sales with up to 50% off on selected sarees and jewellery.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major payment methods including UPI, credit/debit cards and net banking for select locations.
How do I know my order has been confirmed?
You will receive an order confirmation email as soon as your payment is successful. If you don't receive it within 30 minutes, please check your spam folder or contact us at support@shreedesigners.in.
Can I cancel my order?
Once an order is successfully placed, it cannot be cancelled or modified. Please review your order carefully before confirming.
Shipping and Delivery
How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Once shipped, delivery is expected within 7 days. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order is dispatched and you can also check its status in orders page.
Do you ship across India?
Yes, we ship pan-India. For remote areas, delivery may take a couple of extra days.
How do I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, use the tracking number sent to your email at our Track Your Order page. Please allow up to 4 hours for tracking to activate after dispatch.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship internationally. Please contact us on WhatsApp(+91 9912323221) to place your order and get details on shipping costs and delivery timelines.
Returns and Refunds
How long does a refund take?
Once your return is inspected and approved, your refund will be processed within 7 business days to your original payment method.
What is your return policy?
Returns and exchanges are accepted only for damaged or defective items. You must contact us within 7 days of delivery with your unboxing video as proof.
What is an unboxing video and why is it required?
An unboxing video is a continuous recording that starts before you open the package and shows the product being taken out. It must clearly show any damage, defect, or wrong item. This is mandatory — return requests without an unboxing video will not be accepted.

Are your sarees original handloom/handcrafted pieces?
Yes, our Pochampally, Gadwal, Uppada, and Kanchi Pattu sarees are sourced directly and feature authentic weaving and zari work.
Do you offer custom stitching for blouses and lehengas?
Yes! We offer custom stitching for Maggam Work blouses and bridal lehengas. Please contact us on WhatsApp at +91 99123 23221 to discuss your requirements.
Are the saree colours accurate in the photos?
We do our best to represent colours accurately. However, slight variations may occur due to screen settings and lighting. If you need a closer look, message us on WhatsApp and we can share additional photos or a video.

I forgot my password. How can I reset it?
Click on Login/Register, then select "Forgot Password" and enter your registered email. You'll receive a reset link shortly.

Can I get a discount for bulk or wedding orders?
