Shipping Rates and Delivery Times

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and holidays. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
  • For expedited or express shipping options, we prioritize your order to ensure the fastest delivery possible.
  • Orders are shipped within 2 days and expected delivery time is 7 days

Tracking Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to monitor the progress of your shipment in real-time. Please allow up to 4 hours for the tracking information to update after receiving the confirmation email.

Returns & Refunds

Returns and exchanges are accepted only for damaged items.

    We strictly require a clear unboxing/opening video as proof for ALL return and exchange requests.Start recording BEFORE you open the package.

    Any return request WITHOUT an unboxing video will NOT be accepted under any circumstances.

    This policy protects both our customers and our business from fraud and shipping damage disputes.

What is an Unboxing Video?

  • The sealed/taped package before opening
  • Your hands opening the package on camera
  • The product being taken out fully visible
  • Any damage, defect, or wrong item clearly shown
  • The product label/tag must be visible
Your satisfaction is our priority, and we understand that sometimes things don't go as expected. Our returns policy is designed to be fair and transparent, ensuring you have peace of mind when shopping with us.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 business days, and the credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled after 2 hours of placement.
